Today was the big treadmill stress test. Unfortunately, I will not have any answers until next week when I have my follow-up appointment with the cardiologist.

Here is one of the interesting finds at the store today. I was a little more than disappointed with the Organic Vegan Boca burgers, so I gave these a shot.

Another green monster for dinner. Is it ironic that it is in a coke glass? Anyway, spinach, frozen banana, 1 tbsp almond butter, 1 scoop Chocolate Amazing Grass, and some almond milk to thin.
Some watermelon and cucumber to go with the monster.

After the stress test, I did what everyone else does…go to the gym. I did 15 minutes on the eliptical and 15 minutes on the in-line skating simulator. Then I did a quick upper body workout:
3 sets of 12 reps seated row at 50 lbs
3 sets of 12 reps chest press at 30 lbs
3 sets of 12 reps tricep kickbacks at 10 lbs
3 sets of 12 reps bicep curls at 10 lbs
3 sets 15 reps lower back extension
pushups to failure
Tomorrow begins my last full week of work which means that my cross-country trip to pick up J is fast approaching!
