Hi.
Whew.

It has been interesting the past couple of days. The movers were supposed to come tomorrow and Thursday. I received a call from our moving coordinator and she said that they would be here today and tomorrow. Yikes! So I was spending time with my mom out of town and had to come back on Sunday to shore everything up and then early today to wait on them to arrive. Luckily, they stayed long enough to get everything packed! It was difficult to watch the trucks drive away, but it is exciting to know that the next time we will see our stuff will be in Europe! I just hope that everything makes it.

In food news, I’ve been eating a lot. Not really bad stuff, although I did have some chocolate tofutti with chocolate sauce and sprinkles for dessert once. It was delicious! I will post photos soon, just not tonight. Its been a long day.

Alternatively, I have not been working out that much since I have been with my mom. I ran 4.5 miles one day with a small ab workout and then did 40 minutes on the stairclimber with a 1 mile run (I ran to the gym and back) and then a quick upper body workout. I’ll be completing some workshops to renew my personal trainer certification, so that is exciting. I will be excited to set up my bike trainer and get moving on that again too. Tomorrow will be a big gym day. I also want to clean up the areas where all of our stuff was being held as well as my room so that things look a lot nicer and aren’t as much of a mess.

I follow a strict diet that I do not recommend for everyone, but I really enjoy as it keeps me healthy and helps me to know what is going into my body.
