With the rate I am going around here, there is no way I will be able to post everyday. I have been keeping up excellently with my exercising and even have gotten in two workouts a day two days this week. I am entering a pentathlon at the municipal pool and it will include the following:
50 meters freestyle
50 meters back stroke
50 meters butterfly
50 meters breast stroke
100 meters individual medley (butter, back, breast, free)
They have a traditional length that includes 100 meters of each, but my shoulder would not hold up through all of that. Not because of the distances but because I would push myself to go fast :). I will be practicing my strokes in the next few weeks and working on my time. I also practiced my dives, since I haven’t really done that in years. Now the biggest hurdle is me getting over everyone seeing me in a swimsuit.
Eating has been a lot of the same. Although I fixed a delicious meal for my dad the other night and forgot my camera. I will post food and pics soon.
