Yesterday was full of emotions. It may sound weird to some but it was really hard for me to leave work. Everyone there has been so awesome to me and I have some really close friends and relationships that developed. I will miss them all but aim to keep in touch with them.

From left, watermelon, pineapple, some wings (I did say it was vegan-encouraged), the chocolate chip love muffins, a vegan pasta salad, fruit tray, double chocolate almond explosion cookies, honey apple cookies, and a chocolate chip pound cake.
Everyone was so kind to bring something in and I enjoyed spending all the time with everyone. Today I am already missing all my friends from work. Its hard when you spend 40+ hours a week with a group of people and then it is over.
On the exercise front, I purposefully didn’t workout the past three days. Now I’m feeling all flabby :(. After doing some internet errands I will be hitting the gym. I’ve decided to start outlining my workouts, so that people can get a better idea of my strength routines. Remember that these are not necessarily for everyone, as there is no cookie cutter workout. Look for a post later on today.
